How it all began
Back in 2019, on an ordinary night out in Benoni, something quietly life-changing was about to begin.
Simoné spotted Jarrad at the bar - one of those casual moments that didn’t feel important at the time. She was the one who walked over first, striking up a conversation that flowed surprisingly easily. They laughed, talked about everything and nothing, and for Simoné, it felt like one of those fun, carefree nights you enjoy… and then simply move on from.
And that’s exactly what she did. Well - at least for a while.
Jarrad didn’t quite fade into the background the way Simoné expected. In fact, she ignored him for the longest time, brushing off what she thought was just a fleeting connection from a good night out. But life had other plans.
Somewhere along the way, Simoné discovered that Jarrad was already a father to a little girl named Aiva. Instead of hesitation, she felt excitement - real, genuine excitement to meet her. And from the moment they did meet, something beautiful unfolded.

Then came 4 July 2019 - the day things officially began. No more ignoring, no more “just a fun time.” This was real.
Eight months later, their love grew in the most life-changing way. Simoné fell pregnant with Rhaelyn, bringing a new little heartbeat into their world and deepening the family they were building together.
Years passed, filled with memories, milestones, and love that kept expanding. After four years of dating, in 2024, they were blessed again, this time with their last born son, Malakai. Another perfect piece of their growing story.
And then came the moment that would forever be etched in Simoné’s heart.
